Baccharis pilularis, Coyote Brush
My personal notes: (be aware that this are my experiences in Victoria Garden. In other places in and around Redding, this plant can behave differently) Baccharis pilularis (Coyote Brush) is a tough green plant. It needs good drainage, but can handle moderate summer watering but also thrives on only once a month watering. The lower varieties like 'Twin Peaks' can be used as ground cover and the higher varieties as hedges. What are your experiences?
